A quick note for today - all went well and I was feeling quite chirpy, even as the anaesthetic wore off. The male nurse who was watching over Me in the recovery room said that most people aren't smiling at that point, let alone coming out with funny quips. Well, you know Me . . . wicked as always . . . and nothing will stop Me . . . not even the after effects of an anaesthetic.
As I was feeling better than I expected, I instructed My slave to bring My notebook in for Me so I could do a little exploring on the net until My TV programs start at 8.30pm - 'Silent Witness' first, followed by 'Spooks'. Will get an early night as hospitals are notoriously noisy places and I imagine My sleep will be rather disrupted and not through any discomfort on My part!
DEFINITELY going home tomorrow!!!!
