Why do slaves selectively ignore certain aspects on a profile?
I have a number of profiles on various BDSM sites as well as My own website where I CLEARLY state that I am NOT after a 24/7 slave or any form of intimate relationship with a slave or submissive. I am simply ASTOUNDED by the number of requests I persistently receive along those lines despite what My profile says. Why do slaves continue to selectively ignore certain aspects of My profile? And I know they are not just doing it to Me, they will be doing the same thing to others.
Do those slaves think that they are SO irresistible for whatever reason (their looks, age, or level of submission and experience), that I may change My mind if they contact Me? Are they so arrogant and selfish in their belief that I would even CONSIDER changing My mind because I would not be able to resist them? Just think about it logically, what is the following paragraph saying?
Now WHY would a slave waste My precious time (and theirs for that matter) by writing Me a long winded, descriptive email about how wonderful they are and what they can do for Me on a 24/7 basis when I am not even looking for a 24/7 slave or submissive? Surely you would take the hint and move on to other profiles where that Mistress IS genuinely searching for 24/7 slave! Or do they get a kick out of rejection?
How could I even take such a slave seriously when they so blatantly have not done so with My profile? Decent, unselfish slaves and submissives would respect what is outlined in My, or any Mistress' profile, and the fact they have not respected My wishes, says a lot about them. Quite frankly, just from that point of view, I am not surprised they are still out there searching for that elusive "24/7 slave position" which will continue to remain elusive to them. If that approach of desperation is how they contact all Mistresses, they will be searching for a very long time!
Desperation is a HUGE turn off in both the vanilla AND kink realms and it is made even worse when a Mistress is approached with a request She has clearly pointed out She is NOT interested in to begin with.
To all those slaves and submissives out there who are searching for their ultimate dream, let Me give you some sound advice which will help you achieve your goal more successfully:

- Read and absorb profiles and websites thoroughly and FULLY UNDERSTAND what the Mistress is seeking and wanting in a slave or submissive;
- RESPECT what Her profile/website has to say and don't waste Her time asking for something the Mistress is clearly not interested in;
- Remember that desperation is not a sought after characteristic and will only bring you constant rejection;
- When you find a Mistress whose desires you have identified as areas you have the potential to fulfil, make polite contact by introducing yourself and expressing your qualities and abilities WITHOUT coming across as desperate;
- Wait patiently for a reply and if it is favourable, respond with an aim to get to know and understand the Mistress better and to help Her to understand and get to know you better.
- Then if it is meant to be, it will continue to pan out in a positive direction and if not, you politely move on and start again.

Undoubtedly annoying as these missives must be to a sophisticated Lady of Your rare refinement, Mistress Adira, may i humbly suggest that You treat such contacts as being useful in that they spell out in 6' neon lights that such characters are of no use to You whatsoever, saving You further time and trouble in the long run.
They may as well write 'nothing to see here, move along please' at the same time. Tee hee.
